	As the proprietor of this firm, let me tell you a little about myself. I specialize in the discipline of Finance/Accounting of which I'm an experienced practitioner. I've worked for Arthur Andersen (Public Accounting), Caterpillar, Inc. (large size manufacturer), Russell T. Gilman, X-Cel Tooling and Bison Gear (medium size manufacturers). This varied experience helps me relate to your needs. I am one of you - I have walked in your shoes. I have been a public accountant, an internal auditor, a cost accountant, controller and a CFO. I can empathize with your needs as well. I can talk the talk and walk the walk with candidates as well. I have been there myself. Having gone through several job searches and career moves, I can empathize with their needs. My professional recruiting/sales career began in 1991. The same ethical standards I followed as a CFO, I now practiced as a professional recruiter. My colleagues have elected me to the position of president of the Wisconsin Association of Personnel Services. I am committed to my profession, my clients, and my candidates.
